Warranty / Returns

Warranty
IMMI provides a limited warranty, covering defects in workmanship and material for one year from the date of purchase / invoice. IMMI will replace the product without charge, or refund the purchase price, at our option, on any products found to be defective in material or workmanship during this period. This warranty does not apply to any product that IMMI deems subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, negligence or unauthorized repair. The duration of all other express and implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a purpose, is limited to one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable.

Since the application of IMMI products are beyond IMMI’s contol, IMMI’s liability and the purchaser’s sole remedy relating to the installation, application, or use of IMMI’s product, shall be strictly limited to recovery of its purchase price, and shall under no circumstances include recovery of any other direct, indirect, or consequential damages, whether based on damage to or loss of profits, cargo, vehicle, or any other damages.

Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact us at the phone number or address listed in the “Contact” section of the Web site and follow the instructions provided. Any returned product that is replaced or refunded becomes the property of IMMI. Purchaser shall be responsible for any shipping costs to IMMI. Please retain your purchase receipt to verify the date of purchase in order for the warranty claim to be honored.

Customer Returns
Return the product where purchased or contact us for specific product returns information.

Retailer/Trade Returns
All product returns must have an RMA # (Return Material Authorization), which can be obtained by contacting the IMMI Outdoor office. Non-Defective Product Returns: IMMI will not accept non-defective returns, unless due to some fault of IMMI. Non-defective returns will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge, or will be returned to customer at customer’s expense. Defective Product Returns: Credit will not be given without written authorization. Return requests must be faxed or mailed to our office, and must include an itemized list of materials to be returned, reasons for return, and the date and number of IMMI’s invoice. Approved authorizations will be signed and returned to customer with RMA#, and must be included in return shipment for proper and timely credit to be given.
